Sweet Potatoes Fries – Oven Baked 

It’s Healthy,

It’s Sweet,

It’s Low Fat,

It’s better than regular Potatoes,

It’s Vegan!

Healthy Oven Baked Sweet Potatoes

(4 easy steps)

Step 1: Wash

scrub and wash the whole sweet potatoes, no need to peel them

Step 2:  Cut

Cut into big long stripes or wedges


Step 3: Seasoning

coat them with little salt, pepper and paprika, little olive oil (1 tbsp more than enough) mix them up


Step 4: Oven

Put in Preheated oven (200C/400F) – 40 minutes


Done!


So yummy it’s gone in 2 minutes! 😉
