Vegetarian Recipe: Sweet Potatoes Fries – Oven baked (4 simple steps)

I love sweet potatoes! It is supposed to be healthier than potatoes and it’s sweet! Quite a lot of trendy cafes are serving sweet potatoes fries as a snack or side dishes.

This recipe is super fast and easy. Actual prep time 5 minutes, the rest just leave it in the oven!

Step 1: Wash

scrub and wash the whole sweet potatoes, no need to peel them

Step 2:  Cut

Cut into big long stripes or wedges

Step 3: Seasoning

coat them with a little salt, pepper and paprika, little olive oil (1 tbsp more than enough) mix them up.

Step 4: Oven

Put in the preheated oven (200C/400F) – 40 minutes


So yummy it’s gone in 2 minutes! 😉
